I recently stayed at a hotel in a very quiet and peaceful location. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious and relaxing, with a comfortable bed. I also loved the fact that breakfast was included, and the selection of bread, cereal, fruit, and meat was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Harz region, with easy access to hiking trails and the nearby castle park.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was located in a quiet area and very close to the forest. We enjoyed a lovely walk from the hotel to the nearby city center. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately. What we liked the most was the spacious and clean room which was equipped with all the necessary amenities. If you want some quiet and peace, this is an ideal place!

The hotel needs a bit of a renovation as the carpet and walls look a bit outdated. the water pressure in the shower was not sufficient enough, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Perfect location for exploring the city, located next to the forest. Clean rooms with basic facilities. Ample parking available. Friendly and helpful staff who assisted with all my requests.

The hotel had a great location for hiking, being right next to the forest. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to make sandwiches for my hike. the charm of the hotel was hard to deny, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Spider webs were found in both the room and bathroom, and the floor was never vacuumed.

We stayed outside the main town, but it was an enjoyable walk with a nearby hiking trail as well. the staff were attentive and had great suggestions for the surrounding region. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and enjoyed the after-hours refreshment options.

The room I requested as a disabled traveler was not provided, and I had to climb three flights of stairs with no elevator. the room was not what I had requested in terms of bed type, which required extra time to be sorted out.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I also loved the location of the hotel, being right next to the forest for a lovely walk up to the castle through the park. It was a peaceful and scenic setting.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.
